01Do you meet with clients in person?+
Yes. Ayliea can meet at client locations or an agreed venue by appointment. The practice currently operates remotely and does not have a customer-facing office.
02Which areas do you serve?+
The Oklahoma City metro is our first local focus, including Oklahoma City, Edmond, Moore, and Norman. Travel elsewhere in Oklahoma can be agreed during scoping. Remote engagements outside Oklahoma are also available.
03Are your services limited to AWS or AI workloads?+
No. Consultation, planning, and cybersecurity risk review can cover general business security needs. AI security assessments are a specialty, and the environment and providers are agreed in scope.
04What does the first conversation cost?+
The initial scoping conversation is complimentary. We discuss the issue, timing, evidence, and whether Ayliea is a fit before proposing paid work.
05Does a risk review include implementation or ongoing monitoring?+
Those services are not implied by a risk review. The written engagement scope defines the work and deliverables. Implementation, technical testing, and ongoing monitoring require a separate agreed scope.
