Ayliea is engaged as an external, paid assessor rather than as the organization being assessed, its regulator, or the receiving reviewer. Independence does not imply governmental authority, statutory auditor status, or a guarantee that another organization will accept the report.
Potential conflicts and prior advisory work should be identified during scoping. The assessor may correct factual errors while retaining a supported professional conclusion even when a different commercial outcome is preferred.
