Ayliea — AI Security Assessment & Compliance Consulting

Design Partner Program

Help shape the future of AI governance

We're building Ayliea with a small group of teams who are actively wrestling with AI risk today. In return for working with us, you get locked pricing, direct founder access, and real influence over what we ship.

What you get

Specific, deliverable commitments — not vague upside.

Locked rate for 24 months

Your negotiated rate at signing is contractually locked for 24 months from your start date. Even when we raise list pricing — and we will — your renewal stays at the original rate. Specific terms in the design partner agreement.

Direct founder access

A shared Slack channel with the founder for product questions, bug reports, and feature requests. Plus a monthly 30-minute video call to walk through your usage, surface friction, and align on what we ship next.

Real influence on the roadmap

Your feedback prioritizes what we build. Feature requests from design partners get triaged ahead of cold inbound. We commit to monthly retros showing what shipped from your asks (and what we deferred, with reasons).

Co-marketing without the BS

If you're willing, we'll publish a brief case study and add your logo to a future trusted-by section. You get reciprocal placement (a design-partner badge for your site) and a public quote that reflects what you actually said. Strict NDA on anything you don't want public.

Controls mapping, on us

If you already have controls or evidence documented anywhere — spreadsheets, prior audits, an existing program — we'll help map what you have into the engagement. Up to 4 hours of hands-on mapping time included; we'll quote a fixed scope if you need more.

Discounted first engagement

Design partners receive a discounted rate on their first Ayliea assessment engagement. Scope the work on a 30-minute call — we'll confirm the design-partner terms and agree on a fixed price before any work begins.

What we ask in return

Three things, each finite and specific.

Monthly product retro (30 min)

A scheduled call to talk through usage, friction, and roadmap. We come prepared with what we've shipped from your feedback; you come prepared with what you've hit.

Honest, specific feedback

We'd rather hear that the onboarding is confusing than be told everything's great. Rough edges are easier to fix than missed expectations.

Reference willingness (optional)

Open to a 20-minute call with a future prospect, occasionally. Not required — your placement in the program isn't conditional on this.

Apply to join

Takes about 3 minutes. The founder reviews every application personally and replies within 5 business days.

Common questions

What design-partner candidates ask before applying.

How many design partner spots are there?

We're keeping the cohort small enough that the founder can give every partner real attention — that's the point of the program. We don't publish a hard cap because the right number depends on team capacity at any given moment.

What if I've already signed an Ayliea engagement?

If you've already signed an Ayliea engagement or retainer, talk to us about applying design-partner terms — including back-crediting against the locked pricing.

What happens after the 24-month locked-pricing period?

You'll have at least 90 days advance notice before any pricing change at renewal. Most design partners stay on the program indefinitely; the formal locked-pricing window just sets a floor.

Can my organization participate without being publicly named?

Yes. Co-marketing is opt-in. Some design partners want the public visibility; others prefer to keep the relationship private. Either is fine.

What if it doesn't work out?

You can withdraw from the program and end the agreement within the first 90 days, no questions, no clawback. After 90 days, standard agreement terms apply.

Who's a good fit?

Teams actively wrestling with AI governance, shadow-AI discovery, or compliance work that touches AI. Doesn't matter if you're 10 people or 500 — what matters is that AI risk is a real priority you're working on now, not theoretically next year.
